Ladies, how many times have you told another lady that she is doing well in her career, business, marriage, or even in her relationship? Do not let jealousy kill you, Hun! Celebrate, uplift, and let her know that she will or has made it.

Supporting each other does not mean only financial support. You can support your fellow ladies spiritually, emotionally, mentally, or even physically. That is what sisterhood is all about. A lot of women in Kenya are doing so well in their careers and more so businesses.

It is human to feel competitive sometimes; it is normal to feel jealous, but we have to reel in those negative emotions and not let them dictate our relationships with one another.

Since it is a Woman Crush Wednesday, we need to recognize and applaud one of them.

Betty Kyallo,  Lately.

Betty Kyallo

Recently, TV queen Betty Kyalo resigned from K24 and her audience would want to understand what she was up to after the move. But for sure she is gracing our YouTube with her new channel dubbed #BettyKyalloLately that is growing so fast.

It is through the channel that she is addressing her everyday move. She is uplifting young girls by listening to their stories (You have all seen the Mathare story?) because every woman deserves to be given an ear.

Businesswise, everybody is envying the mother of one after the boss move of launching her new high-end salon Flair by Betty located along Rose Avenue in Kilimani in a more spacious two-storey building.

In her new salon, Betty has a private room for women and especially Muslims who religiously need privacy. This is what we call girl power! Embracing each other without discrimination.

During the launch, Mama Ida Betty Odinga was the chief guest who graced the occasion which means showing support for the women around you is crucial to your success too.

In an interview, Betty said that soon she will be gracing a TV screen near you!
