Protest As Police Kill Another Yet…
Wednesday morning in Kahawa West, a man was shot dead by police officers during a protest by the residents over demolitions of Kiosks in the area, that began in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.
Youths would be seen carrying the body of the deceased while protesting. Irate residents and traders whose Kiosks downed their tools at Kahawa West roundabout bringing everything to a standstill.

According to reports, the demolitions were allegedly conducted by Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) where traders woke up to find their stalls demolished and properties worth millions of money destroyed and several others looted.
Kenyans are still questioning the alarming cases of police brutality in the country, yet police are expected to maintain peace and order.
This comes two weeks after the murder of two brothers from Kianjokoma, Embu County where eight police officers are facing the murder charges.
