Premium platform builds trust, insight, and regional engagement

NCBA has hosted its Gold Banking customers in Nairobi, continuing the “Meet, Mingle & Money Talks” series launched in June. The events give clients direct access to senior leadership, relationship managers, and product specialists in a relaxed, in-person setting.

Valuable Conversations with Tangible Results

The first three Nairobi sessions covered home ownership, wealth management, equity release, and NCBA’s EasyBuild and Affordable Housing products. These discussions generated over KSh 156 million in active and potential leads.

The leads spanned mortgages, unsecured loans, asset finance, and bancassurance.

Customers praised the events as insightful and urged the bank to host them more often. Some even suggested adding virtual editions to reach a wider audience.

A Strategic Approach to Customer Loyalty

“‘Meet, Mingle & Money Talks’ is more than networking. It is a strategic platform to listen, advise, and guide our customers through their financial journeys,” said Dennis Njau, NCBA Group Director, Retail Banking.

The program supports NCBA’s goal of delivering advisory-led experiences to its affluent retail clients. It also aligns with the bank’s retail strategy to accelerate product uptake, improve customer advocacy, and deepen loyalty.

Expanding Regional Reach

NCBA plans to take the series beyond Nairobi. The next events are set for Nakuru in August and Kisumu in September. These will target high-potential customers, including those with positive balances, strong repayment histories, and relationships with competitor banks.

Banking Beyond Transactions

By blending financial expertise with meaningful human connection, NCBA is transforming how affluent customers experience banking.

The “Money Talks” series is not only unlocking new business opportunities but also reinforcing the bank’s position as a trusted partner in its clients’ wealth journeys.
