Kenya Airways Brings Back Boeing 777 to London Route
Aircraft return boosts capacity and strengthens global connections
Kenya Airways has restored its Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the Nairobi–London Heathrow route.
The move strengthens one of the airline’s busiest international services. It also supports Kenya Airways’ growth and recovery strategy.
The aircraft resumed daily flights between Nairobi and London. As a result, passengers will enjoy more capacity and improved travel flexibility.
More capacity for passengers and businesses
The return of the Boeing 777 will increase passenger and cargo capacity on the route. Additionally, it will help Kenya Airways respond to growing demand for international travel.
The aircraft will also support businesses that rely on air cargo services. Through this, Kenya Airways will continue connecting African markets with global destinations.
Acting Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Captain George Kamal said the aircraft’s return marks an important milestone for the airline.
“This is more than the introduction of an aircraft. It reflects our continued commitment to building a stronger, more competitive and future-ready airline while connecting Africa to the world through reliable, efficient and world-class operations,” Captain Kamal said.
