The UAE-based developer is assessing potential sites for new projects as it progresses its three existing Nairobi developments, valued at more than KSh6 billion.

UAE-based property developer Reportage Group is exploring further investment in Kenya. The move comes as it advances three residential and hospitality projects in Nairobi.

During a recent visit, Group Managing Director Andrea Nucera led a senior leadership delegation to the three sites. The team toured DG JKIA, DG West and Enzo Residence. It also reviewed progress, met the local team and assessed potential sites for future developments.

Together, the three projects comprise 819 residential and hotel apartments. Their combined development value exceeds KSh6 billion. DG JKIA and DG West are under construction. Enzo Residence was launched in August 2026.

Progress Across Three Nairobi Developments

Located along Mombasa Road, DG JKIA comprises 273 hotel apartments. The development is close to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the Standard Gauge Railway corridor.

More than 90% of its units have been sold. Completion is scheduled for June 2027.

DG West is located on Sports Road in Westlands. It comprises 200 hotel apartments.

Enzo Residence, in Riverside, offers 346 apartments. These include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

Nucera said Kenya remains an important market for the Group. He also expressed confidence in its long-term potential.

“Kenya is an important market for Reportage Group, and our experience here reinforces our confidence in its long-term potential. As we progress with our existing developments, we are also exploring opportunities to expand our presence through additional projects,” he said.

He added that the Group aims to deliver developments that respond to market needs. It also plans to use technology and sustainable building practices. These will support efficiency, resource management and the long-term performance of its properties.

Reportage Group’s Wider African Expansion

The Kenya visit formed part of a wider African tour. The delegation also visited South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Angola and Rwanda.

The tour coincided with the launch of Reportage Bay in Angola. This marked the Group’s expansion into that market.

The wider development programme at Dubai Investments Park Angola comprises two residential communities. The projects have an estimated combined investment of approximately US$500 million.

Kenya’s Property Market Attracts Investor Interest

Reportage Group’s expansion plans come amid positive indicators in Kenya’s property and hospitality sectors.

Knight Frank’s Kenya Market Update, H1 2026 reported growth in international arrivals. Arrivals through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Moi International Airport rose by 13.1% to 506,622 in the first quarter of 2026.

This was compared with the same period in 2025.

The report also recorded a 6.2% rise in prime residential sale prices. This increase was recorded in the first half of 2026, compared with December 2025.

Knight Frank linked the trend to sustained demand and a shortage of quality prime housing.

Reportage Group will now focus on advancing its existing Nairobi projects. It is also assessing opportunities to expand its presence in the Kenyan market.
