Safaricom has been recognized as the top Employer in Africa for the third year running. The certification by Top Employers Institute comes just a few months after the company was ranked 3rd best employer in Africa by Forbes
The Top Employers Institute (TEI) has certified Safaricom (NSE: SCOM) as a Top Employer 2024 in Kenya and Africa, recognizing the telco’s HR policies and people practices.

The TEI programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 20 topics in six HR domains which include, People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.
The programme has certified and recognised over 2,300 Top Employers in 122 countries across five continents.
