Man Charged And Arrested With Over 100 Cases Of Rape And Robbery
John Muturi Ngeneiya has been arrested and charged with over 100 cases of rape and robbery with violence in Ruaka, Kabete, and Kiambu.
Muturi who was arraigned at a Kiambu Court on Thursday has been going by the name Francis Ngugi, a police report revealed.
“He has agreed before the DCI (Directorate of Criminal Investigations) officers in Karuri that he robbed, raped more than 100 women, raped and killed one victim,” the report read.

With one of the rape survivors presenting herself to the DCI Kabete confirming to the officers that John had impregnated her, police are urging those who may have fallen victim to the accused to report to the nearest police station.
Muturi appeared before Principal Magistrate Patricia Gichohi and pleaded guilty saying he wants to be “sentenced quickly before other people present themselves to the police as they can add more weight” to his case.
He has been remanded at Karuri Police Station awaiting a mental checkup.
