LGBTQ headlines have brought different opinions from netizens in the last few months. This is after an alleged LGBTQ activist Edwin Chiloba was brutally murdered.
While championing the rights of the LGBTQ community, radio presenter Linda Nangweso took to her Instagram page insinuating to be bisexual saying “as a bisexual woman, I’ve never really had to “come out” because I am married to a man but this isn’t the time to mince words. LGBTQIA rights are human rights. I’ll say that again. LGBTQIA RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS. no if ands or buts”

Uganda has also approved some of the world’s harshest anti-gay laws, making some crimes punishable by death and imposing up to 20 years in prison for people identifying as LGBTQ.
