Diamonds Malindi Resort, previously known as Diamonds Dreams of Africa, has officially launched a comprehensive rebrand aimed at elevating guest experiences and emphasizing the resort’s connection to the local coastal culture.

The newly rebranded resort introduces several upscale amenities, including private pools and a vibrant beach restaurant, catering to discerning travelers seeking personalized and high-end experiences.

General Manager Alex Zissimatos stated, “The introduction of these features enhances the allure for guests, providing a relaxed yet sophisticated dining experience that complements our beautiful coastal setting.”

Diamonds Malindi is primarily positioned as a luxurious retreat for both leisure and corporate guests, while also incorporating family-friendly amenities to ensure an inclusive atmosphere.

The resort now combines the former Diamonds Dreams of Africa, Sandies Malindi Dream Garden, and Sandies Tropical Village, offering a diverse range of accommodations and facilities. Guests can enjoy five swimming pools, ten private pools, four restaurants, and seven bars.

Founded by the late tourism pioneer Franco Rosso, Diamonds Malindi is owned by the Rosso family. Rosso was instrumental in promoting Kenya to the Italian market, launching the first charter flight from Italy to Nairobi over 50 years ago.

The resort is distinguished by its “slow glamour” concept, combining exceptional hospitality with the serene charm of the coast. It aims to provide a tranquil and exclusive atmosphere, complemented by a fresh dining experience with stunning ocean views. Emphasizing personalized service and contemporary design, Diamonds Malindi caters to a variety of guest profiles while maintaining its focus on exclusivity.
