28-year-old man killed by his uncle in suspected love triangle
Police in Migori County are pursuing a 57-year-old man accused of killing his nephew aged 28 years in a suspected love triangle in Ihore Sub-location, Kuria West Sub-county.
A police report in the incident indicates that the deceased identified as Thomas Wambura was shot in the chest with an arrow by the suspect identified as Amos Boke on Friday night after a brief altercation and he died on the spot.

Kuria West Sub-county police commander Cleti Kimaiyo said preliminary investigations established that the deceased aged 28 years was killed by the suspect on allegation that he (deceased) had been in a secret love affair with the uncle’s younger wife.
The police commander said the incident occurred at around 8.30pm within their homestead.
He said a manhunt is underway for the suspect who escaped immediately after the incident.
The body of the deceased was moved to Akidiva Mindira hospital mortuary pending as investigations continue.
