New digital platform offers exclusive products, curated bundles and dedicated business solutions

Samsung Electronics East Africa, in partnership with Housewives Paradise, has launched the Samsung Brand Store, a direct-to-consumer online platform aimed at expanding access to Samsung products and enhancing the digital shopping experience for customers across Kenya.

The new platform, available at samsungbrandstore.co.ke, is operated by Housewives Paradise and supported by a dedicated e-commerce technology and operations partner. It targets Kenya’s growing mobile-first consumer market by leveraging the country’s high internet penetration and widespread use of mobile payments.

The online store complements Samsung’s existing retail network by introducing exclusive product lines and enhancing customer access to its range of devices and home appliances.

Exclusive Products and Enhanced Shopping Experience

The Samsung Brand Store introduces three key value propositions for online shoppers.

Customers will have access to online-exclusive products, including selected colour variants, specialized sizes and unique home appliances and mobile devices that are not available through other retail channels in Kenya.

The platform also features curated product bundles, allowing shoppers to purchase combinations such as flagship smartphones paired with wearable devices or complete home entertainment systems at exclusive promotional prices.

In addition, every home appliance purchase includes Samsung’s Signature Service, which offers brand-certified installation, personalized assistance and priority customer support from the first day of ownership.

Integrated Digital Commerce

To simplify the buying journey, Samsung has integrated WhatsApp conversational commerce into the platform.

The feature enables customers to consult with product specialists, receive live sales support and track their orders directly through WhatsApp, creating a more interactive and convenient shopping experience.

Speaking during the launch, Francis Modi, E-Commerce Manager at Samsung Electronics East Africa, said the platform marks a significant milestone in the company’s digital retail strategy.

“Today, we take a monumental step forward in how Samsung connects with, serves, and delivers value to our consumers across Kenya. We officially open the digital doors to the Samsung Brand Store, redefining the e-commerce landscape in East Africa.”

Dedicated Portal for Business Customers

Alongside the consumer platform, Samsung has also launched a dedicated business portal designed for corporate organizations, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies.

The enterprise platform supports bulk procurement of devices while integrating enterprise security solutions through Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard.

Expanding Digital Retail in Kenya

The Samsung Brand Store is now live with a wide selection of smartphones, home entertainment products and smart appliances.

The platform supports nationwide delivery across Kenya and offers secure payment options, including M-Pesa and major payment cards, backed by dedicated customer support teams.

Through the new digital storefront, Samsung aims to strengthen its online presence while providing consumers and businesses with a more convenient, personalized and seamless shopping experience.
