Robinson Simiyu, The Top Candidate Wants To Study Medicine

Education CS Prof. George Magoha has today released the 2020 KCSE results at the Knec headquarters.

The top KCSE2020 candidate Robinson Wanjala Simiyu on a TV interview, says he would want to study medicine at the University of Nairobi.

From Murang’a High School, Simiyu grabbed an A of 87.334 according to the just-released results.

His father says that Simiyu has been a dedicated child and an obedient one. Simiyu says he had applied for both medicine and engineering but his desire lies in medicine.

The mother echoed his words saying, “I had a feeling that my son would be among the top because of his hard work. We thank God for answering our prayers”

“Stick to what you want even if all the odds are against you. Continue working and pray to God,” Simiyu said in a phone interview with Citizen TV.

The top candidate was followed by Allan Wasonga  (87.173) from Agoro Sare High School.

The other top candidates are:

Sharon Chepng’eno (Kenya High School ) with 87.173

Rob Ongare Muraisi -Alliance High with 87.173

Ester Mbugua -Kenya High with 87.113

As of now, no results have been canceled but forensic tests are still ongoing which could inform the next step.
