Majid Al Futtaim, which owns the exclusive rights to operate Carrefour in Kenya, receives official recognition as an adoptee of the ‘Made in Kenya’ brand by the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA).

This recognition gives Carrefour the right to feature the ‘Made in Kenya’ mark of identity on its locally produced private label products, emphasising the retailer’s commitment to supporting and promoting Kenyan manufacturing.
In parallel, Carrefour Kenya launched its ‘Buy Kenya, Build Kenya’ campaign, which will run until October 17, and will feature a diverse selection of locally made products both in-store and online.
