The launch comes as the bank’s 2025 Q1 results showed a 28% growth in the value of mobile loans disbursed. This amounted to KSh 116 billion, spread across more than 309 million transactions. These figures highlight the growing customer confidence in KCB’s digital platforms.

Additionally, this digital milestone is anchored on the KCB Group Strategy 2024–2026, “Transforming Today Together.” The plan aims to leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver market-leading financial solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
