Aviation Challenge, as the Best Collaboration in Customer Engagement during this year’s ceremony, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The award underscored the airline’s exceptional efforts in building meaningful and lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.

It also recognized the airline’s innovative and personalized approach to customer engagement, leveraging technology and in-person interactions to educate and call for passengers to take individual action to drive sustainability.

Jambojet was also complimented for including sustainability in their annual survey, conducting a sustainability quiz, seedling distribution during Mazingira Day, tree planting, and organic menu tasting.

Jambojet participated in the 2024 Aviation Challenge with 3 flights: Nairobi – Goma – Nairobi, Mombasa – Eldoret – Kisumu – Mombasa and Nairobi – Lamu – Nairobi, implementing various solutions in its operations to assess progress in its sustainability efforts.

The Challenge is an initiative by SkyTeam that calls for airlines to come together in a friendly competition to collaborate and learn from each other to accelerate innovation towards a sustainable future.
