NCBA Marks Father’s Day with a High-Spirited Wellness Celebration
As Men’s Mental Health Month drew to a close and Father’s Day was also celebrated, NCBA turned the spotlight on its fathers in a lively employee engagement event that blended fun, connection, and wellbeing.

In a spirited celebration dubbed NCBA Father’s Day Out, employees gathered at Playza, Prestige Plaza, for a day filled with laughter, competition, and camaraderie.
NCBA’s House teams faced off in a friendly but energetic showdown across bowling, pool, foosball, and a variety of arcade games.
From the first strike at the bowling lanes to the final round at the foosball tables, the atmosphere was electric. Bragging rights were firmly on the line, but beyond the competition, the event offered something deeper connection and appreciation for fatherhood within the workplace.
