Suspects In Chiloba Murder Freed

A court in Eldoret has freed four suspects linked to the murder of LGBTQ activist Edwin Kiprotich kiptoo alias Chiloba.

Senior Principal Richard Odenyo however directed that prime suspect Jacktone Odhiambo face murder charges at the High Court.

Bodybuilder Dennis Litali was freed completely freed while three other suspects will report to the police every month for three months.

Odhiambo was immediately taken to the High Court to face murder charges.

The prosecution said it had no evidence to charge the four leading to their releaseThey have been in custody for 21 days for investigations.
