Bikers Protest Murder Of Four, Demand For Justice.
Hundreds of motorcycle riders took to the streets Sunday protesting the murder of the four young men in Kitengela on the 8th of August.
The motorcycle riders accompanied by the deceased’s family members, paralyzed operations on Mombasa road towards Kitengela demanding the criminals involved be brought to book.
The motorcycle riders paralyzed operations during a protest on their way to Kitengela police station and demanded an audience with the station’s bosses on the progress in nabbing those who killed four of their colleagues last week.
The four include two brothers Victor Mwangi Wanjiru (25 years) and his brother Fredrick Mureithi Wanjiru (30 years) as well as their two other friends Mike George Onduso (29 years) and Nicholus Kyengo Musa (28 years).
They were reportedly murdered by villagers and their badly mutilated bodies were dumped near Munjiriri River in the evening of August 8th.
Isinya DCI boss says investigations have zeroed in on two main suspects who are currently on the run.
The riders and young men donned in dreadlocks have also condemned the profiling of persons with dreadlocks.
The private riders association chairman Sammy Kiumbe says their members will be holding peaceful demonstrations until justice is served.
